Acceptable Use Policy
Photo permissions, prohibited content, safety measures, and reporting for Bby Wow AI videos.
Last updated: 2026-10-23
Scope and responsible use
Bby Wow is an independent AI video tool. This policy applies to uploaded photos, generation requests, generated videos, account activity, and the way you share results. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Use the service only for authorized, non-deceptive creative work. An AI-generated dance video is a synthetic creation, not evidence that a person performed those actions, attended an event, or endorsed a product. Identify results as AI-generated when sharing them, and never present them as an authentic recording. Bby Wow does not imply endorsement by a depicted person, an artist, a model provider, or a social platform.
Photos, likeness, and permission
Upload only your own photo or a photo of an adult who has given you permission to upload it, process it with an AI provider, and create the intended video. You must also have the necessary rights from the photo's owner. Do not upload strangers' photos, private images obtained without authorization, or material whose source or permission you cannot establish.
Consent is not permission to create prohibited content. It does not override this policy or a payment provider's eligibility rules. Some generation uses may remain unavailable even when the people involved agree to them.
Prohibited content and conduct
Do not upload, request, generate, distribute, or use the service to facilitate any of the following:
- Pornography or NSFW content: nudity, sexual acts, sexualized depictions, non-consensual intimate imagery, or attempts to undress a person with AI.
- Violence or gore: graphic injury, mutilation, torture, extreme cruelty, or threats and encouragement of violence against a person or group.
- Hate speech: content that dehumanizes, threatens, or promotes hatred or discrimination against people based on protected characteristics.
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAM): any sexualized depiction of a minor, child exploitation, grooming, or attempts to generate such material. AI-generated or altered material is included.
- Deceptive impersonation or deepfakes: face swaps, identity substitution intended to impersonate someone, fabricated intimate scenes, or fabricated statements or actions presented as real. Do not impersonate celebrities, political figures, or private individuals, imply their endorsement, or use synthetic media to deceive, harass, blackmail, or damage someone's reputation.
- Copyright or trademark infringement: unauthorized use of protected photos, artwork, characters, logos, music, or other material, or misleading claims of affiliation or ownership.
Do not bypass safety checks, conceal prohibited requests, obtain unauthorized access, or use another account to evade a restriction. You remain responsible for the rights and platform rules that apply when you publish a video, including any music you use.
Current safety measures
Before a new generation, you must actively confirm that the subject is an adult who agreed to this AI video, that you have the rights to use the photo, and that you accept this policy. The checkbox is not preselected. The server requires the current confirmation version before a task is charged or submitted and records the version and confirmation time with the task. This confirmation is your representation; it is not independent verification of a person's age or permission.
Uploads are limited to a single JPG, PNG, or WebP photo of up to 10 MB. The server checks its declared type and file signature and rejects obvious format mismatches. Those checks do not inspect what the image depicts.
The generation flow uses predefined prompts and the Seedance 2.0 Fast model through APIMART. Uploaded photos enter the supplier's asset-review process; the service waits for a usable approved asset before starting video generation. Video requests enable the supplier's NSFW check. Requests the supplier rejects do not proceed as successful generations.
These supplier checks have limits and may miss harmful content. Bby Wow does not claim a separate, comprehensive image or output content classifier. A completed generation is not a guarantee that a result is safe, lawful, or appropriate to publish. Human report decisions and delivery restrictions are recorded in the support thread. Check your result before using it and report concerns through the channel below.
Reporting and human review
For a video in your account, open My videos and choose Report this video. Select a reason and describe the concern. The server checks that the task belongs to your account and creates a support ticket linked to that task. You can read replies and decisions in My support tickets; submitting a report does not automatically restrict a video.
For a broader rights or safety concern, signed-in users can submit a support ticket with the relevant link and an explanation. This does not grant access to another user's private task. Our contact address is also hello@bbywow.co, but inbound email delivery has not yet been verified; the signed-in support channel is the implemented report workflow.
When reporting, include the relevant page or video URL, task ID if available, a short description, and how we can contact you. Do not send passwords, API keys, or copies of abusive material when a link and description are enough.
Human review uses the report, available task information, and any permission or ownership evidence requested through the ticket. Administrator replies, changes to the report's status, and restriction or restoration decisions appear in the thread with their time and explanation. If you disagree, reply in an open ticket or submit a new support ticket referencing the closed report for human reconsideration. There is no promised automatic decision or response time.
Enforcement
An administrator with the dedicated content-moderation permission can restrict or restore playback and downloading of a completed reported video. The action requires a reason and is recorded with the administrator identity and time. Ordinary support access alone does not grant this permission. Closing a report only changes its handling status; restricting delivery is a separate action.
A restriction does not delete the underlying result or task record, change the generation's success status, or grant or deduct credits. Retention limits still apply. It cannot remove copies someone has already downloaded or posted elsewhere. Supplier rejections remain part of the generation flow described above; broader automatic account bans and a separate AI output-scanning system are not claimed by this workflow.
